Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen every morning: today's revenue, delivery success rate, ad spend, and the small red flags before they become expensive. Built so a founder running 50 orders a day can spot problems in 30 seconds, and a manager overseeing 2,000 orders a day can drill into any anomaly without leaving the page. This is where every workday starts.
Watch
What this module does
- Live KPIs — revenue, orders placed, orders delivered, RTO rate, ad spend, true profit — for today, last 7 days, and last 30 days, with a custom date range on demand.
- Alerts for the things that silently kill COD businesses: stuck-in-transit parcels, no-answer confirmations, stock about to run out, ads burning cash on losing products.
- One-click drill-through into the underlying orders, campaigns, warehouses or products so you never lose context.
- Multi-currency display — every number renders in your workspace currency (MAD, SAR, AED, EGP, EUR, USD…) without touching stored values.
- Real-time refresh — the dashboard listens to order status changes and updates automatically as your day unfolds.
- Per-role dashboards — an owner sees profit; a confirmation agent sees today's call queue. Each role's dashboard is tuned to what they actually control.
Key features
How this changes your business
Founders who check core KPIs every morning consistently outgrow those who look weekly — because in COD, one bad ad campaign can burn a week of profit before you notice.
Live cost-per-delivered-order visibility lets you kill losing campaigns days earlier than platform-native dashboards, which only track click-through and hide the RTO cost.
Instead of copying numbers from Shopify + Facebook Ads + your delivery portal into a spreadsheet, one page has all of it — with the returns math already baked in.
Stuck-parcel + confirmation-SLA alerts catch problems ~2 days before customer complaints hit WhatsApp. Two days is often the difference between a saved order and a lost one.
Getting started
- 1Open the dashboard first thing every morning — before checking WhatsApp, before checking Facebook.
- 2Scan the alert strip at the top. Anything red gets handled first.
- 3Check delivery-success by courier. If one drops below 70%, click through and investigate.
- 4Check ad-cost-per-delivered-order. Kill any campaign above your break-even.
- 5Review the confirmation SLA meter — if agents are behind, redistribute the queue before it gets worse.
- 6Glance at stock alerts and stuck-in-transit before closing the tab.
- 7Only then start your normal work — order fulfilment, customer follow-up, etc.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Looking at revenue instead of true profit. In COD, revenue lies — a $10K day with 40% RTO is worse than a $6K day with 15%.
- Ignoring the weekly digest email. It's the only proactive nudge that reaches you when the tab is closed.
- Only checking the dashboard when something feels off. By the time it feels off, you've lost days of margin.
- Not sharing the dashboard with the team. A confirmation agent who can see today's numbers works differently from one who can't.
Advanced tips
- Set a "cost of delivery" alert threshold — if per-delivery cost jumps 20% versus last week, something has structurally changed (fuel, carrier fee update, route quality).
- Compare same-day-last-week vs today for every KPI. Weekends and Fridays behave very differently in MENA — a like-for-like comparison beats a raw number.
- Use the drill-through on ad ROAS to see WHICH orders drove the revenue. Often two products carry 80% of the campaign — scale those, kill the rest.
- Bookmark the dashboard as your browser homepage. Zero friction = you actually check it daily.
The most valuable habit for a COD operator is 15 minutes on the dashboard every morning, in the same order every day: alerts → delivery by carrier → ad ROAS → confirmation SLA → stock. Do it 30 days in a row and you'll start noticing weak signals before your team does.
