What happens after the 7-day trial?+
We email you 3 days before it ends. If you don't subscribe, your account stays in read-only mode for 30 days (you can still export everything) and then is archived. Nothing is auto-charged — we don't ask for a card on signup.
Is there a card required to start?+
No. You sign up with email and password and start using CODBrain immediately. We only ask for payment when you choose to subscribe.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, prorated where applicable.
How does the order limit work?+
An "order" is one record imported into CODBrain — whether it's from a store integration, a custom form, or manually entered. Cancellations and duplicates don't count. Hit 80% of your limit and we'll email you so there's no surprise.
Do you charge per delivery integration?+
No. Once you're on Growth or Pro you can connect every supported carrier with no per-carrier fee. We never take a cut of your COD payments.
What if I have more than 2,000 orders/month but don't need Pro?+
Email us at [email protected] — we have flexible volume pricing for sellers in that band.
Is the AI risk scoring an extra cost?+
No, it's included in Growth and Pro at no additional charge. Every new order is scored automatically.
How do I cancel?+
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and can reactivate anytime within 30 days without losing data.
